Eligibility for Referral Scheme: Referrals will not be eligible for participation in the scheme if Invest in Talent has been in communication with the referred candidate within the 12 months preceding the referral.
Placement Timeframe: Referred candidates must secure employment within 12 months from the date of the referral.
Multiple Referrals: In cases where more than one individual introduces the same candidate, our policy operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Timing: Payments will be processed once the referred candidate has successfully completed three months of employment.
Resolution of Disputes: In the event of any disputes regarding rewards, Invest in Talent’s decision will be considered final.
